“Learn to empty your mind.” This was a quote I heard a few decades ago but it didn’t really sink in until I started my wellness coaching business. Having to be “on” all the time, make decisions that can have a lasting effect, and also be the face of the brand is both invigorating and at times . . . exhausting.
