My TEDx Talk on Finding Your Inner Mojo
Imagine…what if your imperfections held the key to your greatest strength?
This is what I embarked on – a story of empowerment in Raleigh, North Carolina – during my recent TEDx talk, “7 Minutes to Wellness: How to Love Your Inner Stranger” This wasn’t just a talk; it was a daring voyage into the heart of conquering fears and unlocking hidden strengths. I invested not just money but also my vulnerability in dismantling self-imposed walls, and leading to a resilience I never knew existed
As I reflect on my path to get here, I remember a moment in my college dorm room – a negative remark about my singing abilities that became a stepping stone to embracing imperfections. Little did I know this journey would intersect with a more profound battle – a stage 3 blood cancer diagnosis in 2014.
Now, I extend an invitation to you: Love your "inner stranger" through a 7-minute practice – the A.L.O.H.A Reboot. Dedicate just 7 intentional minutes daily to this ritual, capturing the Hawaiian spirit of "aloha" by guiding you in loving your inner stranger – that part of you that feels fearful and often seems at odds with what you truly desire.
But here's where the magic intensifies: don't keep this experience to yourself. Share it with your tribe – friends, family, colleagues – anyone who could use a dose of inspiration. It’s time for us to create a ripple effect of empowerment together.
Click the link below, absorb the wisdom, and then share the experience. Your share isn't just a click; it's an invitation for someone else to embark on their own inner journey. Let's spread this empowerment far and wide!
