What are my wellness rituals?

Whenever I bring a new guest onto my podcast I always ask, “What is a wellness ritual you simply love?” Nine out of ten times they come back with a confused look on their face, or they recite a typical answer stating they are incorporating more fruits and vegetables into their diet. On the surface the question seems pretty straightforward, but the intention is for them to think deeply about the reasons why they are doing the activity in the first place.
